T.E.W. Software Solutions Limited's executive team contains expertise in Education, Behaviour & software. The executives have input and provide forethought into all of the developments of the Behaviour Manager platform, ensuring the technology meets both government and local authority requirements, along with those of the school, teachers, pupils an their parents.
The teams common ground is to ensure the Behaviour Manager platform is a practical solution to help and support schools, BESD's and SEN environments to manage, understand and monitor behaviour better.
The biographies of the individual team are below:-
Jan Martin specialises in working with primary and secondary schools, PRUs, Local Authorities, and independent school groups on a range of school improvement activities; self-evaluation, primary and secondary curriculum development, strategies for improving learning and teaching, building effective leadership and management at all levels, and providing strategic and operational advice on developing Inclusion & SEN provision.
During her career to date Jan has held numerous positions ranging from SEN Adviser both in the UK and Hong Kong, along with being an Ofsted inspector for Secondary and special schools and PRUs, and has written and delivered MA modules on Behaviour Management .
She brings a wealth of knowledge and input to EBM2 Limited in laying the foundations on how the software can be further enhanced to assist in raising performance within school settings and acts a as special advisor for input on development of new modules to the core programme.
Jan holds an MA in Education from the Open University, BA (Hons.) in English Literature from Queen Mary College, London University, Advanced Diploma in Special Education via the Open University, and the RSA Diploma for Specific Learning Difficulties.

David Owen a vastly experienced teacher with over 33 years experience in a diverse range of educational establishments e.g. mixed secondary schools, BESD’s and PRU’s. David is currently interim Head-teacher for an all boys BESD in Buckinghamshire.
With extensive teaching experience in a range of 11-18 and 11-16 comprehensive schools following late entry into the teaching profession after having gained six years industrial experience with Tate & Lyle. Six years deputy headship in London followed by ten years headship in three schools and, latterly, interim headship of a struggling KS4 PRU. Additionally David has Local authority experience and has held a governor position for a regional college.
He provides EBM2 Limited with the “user” view on how the software can be deployed and maximised to assist the teaching profession within school settings. From his head teacher experience he is also guiding EBM2 on the necessary applicability of ‘how the solution’ can provide support for business management within educational establishments.
David holds number of degrees a BSc (Hons) Cybernetics with Mathematics from Reading University, a BA in philosophy & history via the Open University and an MA in Educational Management and Administration via London University. He is married with three children and holds a keen interest in most sports.
Tim's experience includes software support, application development, project management, customer care, people management, pre-sales and field sales based roles that have been held across varying sectors including finance, insurance, public sector, retail, with in the computer software industry. As such he brings a wealth of software development experience to T.E.W. Software Solutions Limited and continues to ensure the Behaviour Manager platform is fit for purpose, and continues to grow in the education market place.
While in parallel he is overseeing development of the Behaviour Manager platform as T.E.W. Software Solutions Limited diversify into affiliated agencies to the Educational market.
